I usually train and eat 100% during the week then when the weekend hits get shitfaced on fridays and use sat to recover and sunday to slowly get into it. May rethink

every week?

Yeah i used to go out friday and sat but both nights/days i wouldnt have much time to eat so wasnt making as good progress..

time to quit all together i think atleast for awhile
