Moe is heading off this Sunday to compete at the IFBB Ironman Pro show in California next week - the first of several Pro events for Moe in the next 6 weeks.

Jo is only 3 weeks away from competing at the prestigious Arnold Classic event at the end of this month.

They are having a display at 7pm tonight at Club Physical, Te Atatu, so if you are in the area it would be well worth going along to see the fantastic shape these two are in just before their big events!!

Also, Jo will be appearing on the 'Good Morning' TV program next Wednesday (Feb 13).
