Ive said this before but its my favourite, cook some skinless chicken breast before you go to work, uni etc and whenever your hungry just munch on that. No doubt if you are only having 3 main meals per day as opposed to 5-6 goo meals, then its important to make sure the snack is fairly high in protein.

throw in some brown rice and your good to go ! :grin:
