I just completed my first week back training after injuring my knee and shoulder during last years league season. Been over a year since i've lifted seriously due to the fact my pre-season league training I focused solely on cardio, droping my BW from 145kg to 125kg. Currently weighing 131kg 30-35% bf.

Im 24 yrs old, 6ft, looking to lose 21kg in 4-6weeks while rebuilding my leg strength n size, (struggled to complete 6x6 100kg squats) and losing the flab all over the show..My previous diet was TATAD, currently taking horleys ripd shake+capsules, fish oil and a joint supplement.

TATAD = Take-Aways-Twice-A-Day, Triple whopper combos from bk, KFC party packs, butter chicken etc. Anything bad for you I ate it, supplementing most my meals with HALOWB = Half-A-Loaf-Of-White-Bread. Anyways all that SHIT is firmly behind me.

Also a gauge of my strength throughout my life...Benched my first 100kg during 4th form, benching 165kg for 6reps, squats+deadlift 200kg for reps (experienced first knee injury from bouncing in my squats) during 6th form, BW was 120kg lean, could slightly see my abs. 7th form stopped going to the gym in favour of playing rugby and getting on the piss..

I remember my 6th form year quite well..I was that guy that walked around school with a 2litre trim milk in one hand (with scoops of mega mass 2000 in it that I had BORROWED off my older brothers) the latest copy of FLEX mag in the other hand and the sound of linkin park/DMX blasting in my head phones. My arms were 18 and a 1/2, they didnt have much of a peak they were just thick+solid.

IS 5 shakes a day to much??

here a sample day of my last weeks eating

4.00pm wake up take 2 RIPD FACTOR XTRME CAPS+20min cardio

4.30pm breaky Baked beans/porrige with ICE whey

5.30pm GYM, takes 15min to walk there

7.00pm-7.30pm Post workout shake ICE whey+tablespoon of honey

9.30pm 2 RIPD FACTOR XTRME CAPS stir fry chickn breast+veges+a little pasta

12.30pm RIPD FACTOR SHAKE

2.30AM RIPD FACTOR SHAKE

4.30AM 2 RIPD FACTOR XTRME CAPS stir fry chickn breast+veges+a little pasta

7.30AM RIPD FACTOR SHAKE

9.00AM BED

Ive lost 6 kg in just over a week doing this down to 125kg, are the 5 shakes over the top?
