Hi, I've been reading this forum for the last couple of months or so and find there is some very good information and motivating posts on here.

I am really just trying to lose some weight by managing my food intake and doing some aerobic excercise at the gym. (Cycling and Rowing Machine every day). I do a small amount of weights as well but only on weekends.

My main handicap is keeping up the motivation and it is good to get inspiration from the folks on here.

I'm female and in mid 50's. :roll:

So I will continue on to try and reach my goals, but just wanted to thank everyone on here for your great words of wisdom.
