Hi,

Im 20 and have been lifting weights for seriously for about 18months and i am looking to take things a step further an switch from 3 standard meals a day to 8 meals.

Im about 6'1" and 92kgs. I am aiming to be 100kg+

What times should i be eating my meals and what should i be eating? I want a structured diet like that of '2guns'

I am also looking for advice on how to cook the chicken. Do u guys buy boneless chicken breasts and cook it the night before and then just store it? also how do u eat it.

Looking foward to hearing ur advice,

Chur Danny

yeh i buy boneless chicken breast and take the skin off; or skinless if its cheap, then have a big cook up 2 - 3 times a week, cooking 2 - 3 days worth at once, I just eat it by itself; or with a bit of chilli sauce; or in a nice salad.

if you have room in the fridge, what i find handy is cook a meal for 4 adults at a time, then divide it up into 4 containers, and throw in the fridge. this saves a lot of time through the day for prepping meals. I like to make a big pot of curry chicken, rice, and vege. than divide up, it's like having ready meals but i know what's in them. :)

if you want rigid try this out.

wake 0600 eat

0900 eat

0800work

1200 eat

1500 eat

1630 finish work

1700 work out

1800 eat.

1900 prepare meals for next day

2100 eat.

2130 sleep

if you want the weight gain and not worried about the chub, get your self a good mass protein for after the work out.
