I started at the gym on the advice of physiotherapist after having snapped the cruiciate ligament in my knee after falling off my horse, so was a rehab decision to join the gym. That was about 9 years ago and got hooked :o)

Have been going consistently 5 days a week (during lunch hour)

Mainly been doing weights, but have plateaud at the moment and need to do something different. Need a training partner to help the motivation.
