HGH releasers

bingo

Recommended Posts

Hey there guys, I've just joined the forum.

I've been doing a bit or reading and research on jintropin and HGH and I'd like to know your take on HGH releasers. I know a lot of you would oppose the idea but how else would you boost your HGH?

I intend to stack HGH releasers with GLUTAMINE and TRIBULUS for 6 months since I am not sure if I wanna go down the silin track. I work hard, 3-4 days a week and need some desperate advise.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hgh releasers will be nothing like the real thing.........not even in the same ball park! Have a go if you wish but my bet is that you will just be donating money to a supplement company.

I'd love to get hands on the real thing, but where from? Seems like customs have eyes wide open :-)

hmmmm - dodgy second post :pfft:

Those type of questions are frowned upon in these parts.

Why do u say that? isn't that the truth? Everybody is raving about how the "real thing" is better as if it was easily obtained by walking into a supermarket :-)

Easily obtained maby but you could pay anywhere up to $460/day ( from a clinic ) for good hgh at a good dose.

By releasers are you talking over the counter junk? or peptides like GHRP-6, CJC-1295(ghrh) etc.

Over the counter stuff isnt going to work , the peptides should but not nearly as effectively as using HGH itself.

Im going to try HGH fragment 176-191 when its available again, looks real promising for fat loss.

post-10475-14166823934549_thumb.jpgi am fromchina, so i know the market very much.

I used to use the real jintropin,it has fatastic function.

but now most of the jins are fake ones, because the Gensci is under gorment control.

But I thnk you should have a go the other brands of hgh, like kigtropin, hygetropin.,or riptropin. they are not bad. I am still using them.

From what I've read lifting heavy, a balanced diet high in protein and adequate rest is your best choice

Supplementing ornithine and arginine has been shown to increase serum levels but you need to take relatively large doses to get any kind of significant effect however and it may have sides like stomach cramps and potentially not be cheap. It would be much cheaper (but much less effective) than peptides though :)

eg:

J Strength Cond Res. 2010 Apr;24(4):1082-90.

Arginine and ornithine supplementation increases growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 serum levels after heavy-resistance exercise in strength-trained athletes.

Zajac A, Poprzecki S, Zebrowska A, Chalimoniuk M, Langfort J.

Source: Department of Sports Training, Academy of Physical Education, Katowice, Poland. a.zajac@awf.katowice.pl

This placebo-controlled double-blind study was designed to investigate the effect of arginine and ornithine (arg and orn) supplementation during 3-week heavy-resistance training on serum growth hormone/insulin-like growth factor-1/insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 3 (GH/IGF-1/IGFBP-3), testosterone, cortisol, and insulin levels in experienced strength-trained athletes. The subjects were randomly divided between a placebo group (n = 8) and the l-Arg/l-Orn-supplemented group (n = 9), and performed pre and posttraining standard exercise tests with the same absolute load, which consisted of the same exercise schedule as that applied in the training process. Fasting blood samples were obtained at rest, 2 minutes after the cessation of the strength exercise protocol, and after 1 hour of recovery. The resting concentrations of the investigated hormones and IGFBP-3 did not differ significantly between the study groups. In response to exercise test, all the hormones were elevated (p < 0.05) at both time points. Significant increases (p < 0.05) were observed in both GH and IGF-1 serum levels after arg and orn supplementation at both time points, whereas a significant decrease was seen in IGFBP-3 protein during the recovery period. Because there was no between-group difference in the remaining hormone levels, it appears that the GH/IGF-1/IGFBP-3 complex may be the major player in muscle tissue response to short-term resistance training after arg and orn supplementation.

However, they measured body mass and body composition but there wasn't any change in either to note......
