I'm surprised anyone can go hard out lifting while listening to trance but fair play to you if that's your thing.

I've always been into my old school rap as my favorite music in general (until recently anyway), but I can't even listen to that while trying to lift hard and workout with intensity. I finally found the point of all this rock, metal or thrash or whatever the hell it's called :roll:

and I found it through a fellow Wu Tang Clan fan strangely enough! :shock: after hearing the drowning pool version of "shame on a nigga"

Since then it's almost always:

System of a down,

faith no more,

12 Stones,

rage,

drowning pool,

ECT

Another good one for working out (if anyones looking for something) has to be the dropkick murphys! :nod: Or Maybe you have to be some sort of Celt to appreciate it??? :oops: hahah
