Have Put The Beef On

Well haven't trained in the gym since October because of a shoulder injury and man have I put the beef on in all the wrong places. Off to the beach thursday so going to go running and some biking in the morning and get some cardio going as well as the situp's. Will be in the gym at the end of the month at least with the long break I will get some good gains and tone up well heres hoping :grin: How's everyone else doing with the training and nutrition side of things dam hard at this time of year.
