unless you were importing in bulk thats all it could be. diversion if you have no previous convictions, confiscation, small fine

Customs don't give a shit. You may get your stuff taken off you, but its really not worth their hassel to persue it ant further.

Just don't get greedy, once you get caught your name will be on file and anything you import will be examined inside and out....

Very tru, back in the old days I first did an order under my name. It got stopped and I got a lovely little 'dont do it again letter' Since then i became smarter and less naive. Never had a problem since and still travel overseas no problems.

I'm fairly sure you can only get diversion once. However you can still get discharged without conviction at the discretion of the judge. Hence why these rugby players get discharged after beating the shit out of their wives & girlfriends etc.
