NFS Steronzolin

I tried NFS Sterone a few years back, but this has a heap more ingredients, so I don't think they're comparable.

Here's the breakdown for Steronezolin...

Each 7 Capsule Serve Contains:

Sulfo-polysaccharide (CSP-3) 1000mg

Tribulus (std to 40% + Saponins) 850mg

Magnesium elemental (from aspartate 2250mg) 450mg

5-Methyl-7-Methoxy Isoflavone 400mg

Epimedium Extract (Horny Goat Weed) 300mg

Indol-3-Carbonal 280mg

Eurycoma Longifolia Jack (pharmaceutical grade) 200mg

Zinc (elemental) (from monomethionine asparate 150mg) 30mg

B6 (pyridoxine) 10.5mg

Totarol 7mg

Are you taking the full 7 capsules per serve?

Nah 1 in the moring and 2 at night...as the packet says..yeah i compared it to sterone and 4 sterone caps equal 7 caps of steronzolin.

I'm sorry to say but using 3 caps a day isn't going to do jack for you. Even at 7 caps/day most of the ingredients are still at too low a dose to do much for you.

CSP3 is such a load of bunk and was clearly proven not to work 3 or 4 years ago - I'm amazed NFS are still trying to push it. If it worked you would need to use CSP3 for at least 3 months before the full effects supposedly start to become apparent. In my opinion this product is a complete waste of money unless you can afford to use about 20 caps a day for 3 or 4 months straight. And if it works in the way it should then you definately wouldn't be noticing muscle soreness.

I hope you used creatine monohydrate before you stumped up the cash on this so you know what effects proper supplements should have.
