My diet in conjuction with my new Journal

Ok guys im just guna post up 1 of my typical days of my eating and would love coments or sugestions on it.. keeping in mind im trying for as leaner mass as possible.

Today:

Meal 1

Scrambled eggs (8 eggs 2 of which were with yolk)

2 pieces of wholemeal toast

1/4 of an avocado

1/2 tomatoe on the eggs

1/2 banana

Meal 2

Post gym:

Double serve of wpi/wpc Balance protein in milk

yougurt

the other half of banana

Meal 3

4 egg omelette keeping to 1 of yolks

Jam sandwich on wholmeal bread (lite jam)

Meal 4

Tuna pasta bake which probally works out to 180grm tuna and a cup of raw pene pasta

Meal 5

Chop Chop tinned chicken smoked sandwich with cranbury sauce

Meal 6

wpi/wpc shake in water...no carb source

looks good to me. the only thing that i may recomend would be to take out the milk and yogurt from ur post w/o meal and replace it with some fast digesting simple carbs like dextrose. and milk has alot of casein protein in it which means that it is very slowly digested,which is not reallly ideal for post w/o.but thats just me.in my opinion i would replace it w/ dextrose and take the milk and yogurt just before bed so as to allow slow release of protein till the moring. :nod:

cheers fudoc5 i normally do have my post shake with water for faster absorbtion after reading psydm mentioning it on another forum.. dont know why i did it differntly today...as for the yogurt good point i'll start doing that in the future.
