Just joined back up to the site, i used to be on here about 2 years ago (still got the nzbb tshirt to prove it :P )

Heres a little background info: i went hard at the gym for about 2 months back then (2 years ago) and sort of phased out of it, spose thats what happens when you eat 8 meals a day and go from 89kgs to 106kgs in 2 months :lol:

Anyway im back into it, been going for around 6 weeks trying to take it slow, gone from about 100kgs to 103kgs, and im 6"2 and 20 years old. so still very much a learner so dont mind me when i ask alot of questions :nod:

Nah i just learnt that eating was the key to getting bigger, i ate healthy like rice and brocolli and tuna sandwhiches etc and i wasnt going out on the weekends so no alcohol and could bulk up, that and 4 1 hour sessions a week at the gym.

im not sure how much was fat /muscle cause i never got tested, i think i have some pics that might still be on the site ill try dig them up
