Weetbix vs Rice/Oatmeal

I saw a post a while ago where somebody said they were using weetbix for there carbs, and another person suggested they change to oatmeal.

I was curious how much better oats are than weetbix and why, as id much rather be on weetbix than oatmeal!

Some insight would be awsum

I think the biggest difference between the two would be the GI value of each ( the rate at which the carbs enter your blood stream). In terms of cereals, oats have one of the lowest around. While Weetbix, because of the processing, are digested significantly quicker.

This is why I would use Oats over weet-bix, Low GI are way better for building muscle, loosing fat and overall health, to much high GI foods will only make you fat and lead to Diabete's.

i eat it abit of each bro, especially when not competing i dont wanna eat the same old shit day after day

Yea you get over it after a while. 3 years of eating 3+ tins of tuna per day gets old pretty quick. Running out of ways to disguise the taste
