fat burners

I've tried Reactiv's TR2, with pretty good results. It's got 400mg synephrine from citrus aurantium in it, so it's got a bit of a kick.

I also like EAS's ThermoDynamX, which doesn't have synephrine. That means it's less jittery-making. Instead it's got heaps of pepper and ginger to raise your temperature. EAS seem to sell it as a two-for-the-price-of-one deal fairly regularly too, which is very nice.

I'm pretty interested in this too. I haven't used thermo's before but am keen to give it a try. But what side affects to they have that may impact on your everyday life? especially sleep patterns and attention spans...

When you guys are cutting up before comp's how do you manage to spend enough time in the gym. I don't want to be going to the gym twice a day to do cardio and weights so am considering that if I get some exercise on the weekends and do weights mon/wed/fri and cardio for an hour tue/thurs, eat well and pump some thermo's that I could drop my fat quite a bit?

M own experience, and almost all the advice I've seen, is that the amount and timing of cardio is a key factor in fat burning - first thing in the morning for 40 min or so, before breakfast, to kick-start the metabolism, and last thing at night to keep it cranking longer. Sure, doing it at other times will help, but not as much, by some margin.

I managed to fit my cardio in by using a bike on a wind-trainer (like this: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Sports/Cycling ... 585349.htm and it worked quite well....

I'd like to be proven wrong, but I suspect that you'd possibly get better results cheaper from trying to do cardio than dropping a few bucks on thermos (quite a few bucks, too!).
