My goal for next year is to train HARD eat well and try and put on enough size to not make a fool of myself in the open 80 to 90kg class.

Than you will see photos of my sculpted, 85kg, >5% bf, tanned ready for a comp and loving it! This will be posted by the 1/07/08 and I want you all to remind me.

Same as every year, lose weight and add muscle. Have done alot better since I switched HIT training, now I'm 115kgs and 17.5bf. Would like to get down to 8-10% and still be 100kg by next June

Yea I am determined no matter what to do a comp sometime later in the year - I hope to put on a decent amount of size before then - if not I will still do one as I need the motivation to push me and I don't want to turn back into the fat bugger I was 18 months ago.
