hey all. my names matt im 23, im from the waikato and im currently training to compete in oct 08 in nzfbb. i dnt no wether ill be in mint condition by then but i set that as my first comp and im not 1 to back out.

im currently 96kg, 6ft and bout 14-15% bf (tested).i am aiming at this point to get to low 90's before comp, at the moment im weight training 4days wk (roughly an hr each day) and doin an hr of cardio other 3days, and at this point because i have a family i cant spare anymore time than that

my week spots are tryin to get the lower abs to shine threw and to put sum size on my lats and thighs,so please if any1 got some tips or tricks for me please feel free to speek up.

Hey Matt. Welcome to the forums. Good on you for setting a definite goal - it makes training so much more effective when there's a bloody great deadline looming! :D

Competing next Oct gives to plenty of time to make some decent changes too. Why not post some photos, and we'll suggest what (if anything!) you should be working on in particular?
