Gym close to central city Chch

I'm going down to Christchurch tomorrow until thursday, I'm not keen on missing even one workout, so I'm wondering if any of you know a gym in the central city (I'm staying at the Ibis) that does casual sessions?

Depends how far you want to go. Olympus is a couple of blocks down the street you're on. Les Mills is a couple of streets away. They're both pretty close. I assume you're a dude but there's a contours close as well.

I work in the building right next to the Ibis. I've been there once and it was quite nice.
