I have found a couple of sites that show the poster type poses. but nothing showing a routine.

Hmmm... Not sure I can help you much there. I've got a couple of sites bookmarked, but they're more for the set poses. Still, the routines are all roughly based on these poses, so you may something of help...

As far as the routine itself goes, if you're stuck you could try getting someone to choreograph a routine for you. That was a huge help for me.

Had a session with Lynnie yesterday to start my posing routine - was really awesome!! I wasn't really in to it at the beginning as I'm getting a bit cagey as to whether I'll be ready by Sept but now I'm starting to think that I will do the Sept comp whether or not my b/fat is down to 10% just for experience. Anyway, we got half of the routine done and I am really impressed with what we have done so far. Practiced as soon as I got home and last night as well. Also performed it to my partner and got him to record it so I could see what it looked like!! This was really good cos I could see where I was off balance and where I needed to slow down etc.. I'll be seeing Lynnie again this week to go through it again. Really looking forward to that :nod:
