300 challenge

Has anyone tried the 300 challenge? Its not meant to be a workout, just a once off challenge. I did it today after my usual workout, it took me 40 minutes!! thats twice as long as the stuntmen who did it. If your going to say something like "its not bodybuilding specific" or try to put it down and say its all hype and shit then your missing the point, lighten the f*ck up and do it for fun with your mates! haha here it is.

“300”

25x Pull-up +

50x Deadlift @ 135# + (i did 65kg deadlifts)

50x Push-up +

50x Box Jump @ 24” box + (i did 60 cm box)

50x Floor Wiper @ 135# (one-count) + (65kg again)

50x KB Clean and Press @ 36# (KB must touch floor between reps) + ( i did 17.5 kg for this one and i used dumbbell because i dont have a kettlebell)

25x Pull-up

300 reps total

Good on you!! Who cares if it's not bodybuilding specific - nothing wrong with doing something a bit different every now and again no matter what you're training for.

Have a look on You Tube they've got a few vids on there of people doing a different sort of 300 training...the training the actors did for the movie 300 - that stuff is tuff! Maybe give that a go next time! Go Hard :P
