Hey all jus wanna introduce myself, jus been bak in nz for about 1 montha and a half, ill be honest havent missed much about hamilton, but i jus keep motivated by doing weights, my goal to be able to rep 140kg, help me people???

nah ive only jus started in the last two months and im only repping 3 x 8 @100kg and max bench 3@120, man repping 140 would be good. Is there a suggested age to bodybuilding. Can u guys really tell me the secrets to body building. esp. the supplements that work. At the moment: HQ protein taken 3 times daily, micronised creatine 10g x2 daily with 2 teaspons x2 glucose with grape juice. Dou u reckon this is allrite or wats the go???

The good thing about bodybuilding is that there is no real age limit, there is no suggested age really.

Looks like your pretty on to it already, a good quality protein IMO is a must, other than that just make sure your getting enough vits and mins, fibre, and a good amount of EFA's ie flaxseed oil, fish oil etc and just eat big!!!

There is a section on this board where people post journals for their BBing. If you start one up it will give everyone here a good insight into your BBing, people can offer suggestions, help tweak your diet etc, the people on this board are quite a knowledgable lot.
