has anyone ever heard of one of these. I just had a thought how cool it would be to disappear for two weeks, have a PT session once a day, with food, supplements and accomodation included. In a resort type setting to drop some bf and put on some muscle. the whole lessons for life come into play. Does anyone know if these are around?

I've heard of it being done in the US, but not in NZ. I know after the Phatcamp that Jenny Hendershott held at the Colosseum, Lon was looking at bringing over a bodybuilder from the US to have a similar thing for the guys. But then they sold their gym so that never happened.

cool could you fire me through some of them in the states. I reckon it's a hell of a good idea. like a resort style place lock you away no distractions you would learn so much in there.

could save yourself a lot of money by just sticking to a basic, clean diet and going through some of the old workout/training forums on here.

yea i too think it would be a good idea, only if its run by pros who know what there doing coz lets face it who wants to take bodybuilding advice from someone your already bigger than.
