any of you ppl tryed these machines?

im a bit of a collector of these.

now i have 7 of these ,one new and the rest older type models.

i have the glut machine,pullover,trciep,bicep,4 way neck,side lat raise/shoulder press and a new lower back machine.

i find for old machines they are very smooth,and the resistance is progress witch is great to Static training.

id love to try the new range.i hear the new gym in new plymouth has them.

How does that work? I'm having difficulty imagining that motion. (And if anyone saw me just attempt it, they would think I was an absolute nutter!)

art jones is in there doing a side lat raise in the pic,if you look youll see the too handles for the press too,big stack of weights on the back of it,very heavy duty!

I think they have one of those at Metroflex - I've seen Ronnie Coleman use it on one of his DVDs.
