Yes, a fantastic clip on Jo's big win 2 weeks ago, and not just good for bodybuilding to get some TV exposure, but very positive coverage as well. Too often it's only the seedy side of the sport that gets exposed - great to see a "nice" story for once!

Also great to see Jo has been invited to compete at the Arnold Classic at the end of Feb!

think this has been covered on thsi site before, but just for the record she wasnt the first nz female to win an ifbb world champs even though tv3 news said this, they are wrong
