how much test to hold mass while cutting

use tren instead of test prop, u dont need test imo when cutting, u dont need to hold water etc.

i used tren acetate, winny and anavar as far as anabolics went, next time i will do the same and just do diet and cardio properly. i wont be using test while cutting... not now anyway

Do you get any sexual or other "drive" problems with running no test bro?

How do you find Tren on your overall mood?does it "heat" you up a little?

na bro i didnt experience any trouble with getting it up lol im 21 of course i dnt got that trouble bro :pfft: and no, no other 'drive problems' wateva u mean by that weather it be motivational.. well anyway answer is no for me.

as for the tren, as far as cardio and other stuff goes u do get short of breath faster i noticed and i got more mood swings on the tren than i do with test, dbol etc.

p.s i was running 75mg eod for 2 weeks then 75mg ed for 1 and half weeks

For me personally, I feel like shit if i run high amounts of tren alone, and yes some sides that the mrs wasn't to pleased about lol.

As well as constant tiredness and uncontrollable muscle cramps, to the point were i had to go to the a and e, thank god my heart didn't cramp.

Dude why you juice at 21?? Your already in Test overdrive , I wouldn't recommend anyone juice before turning 26....

And clen by itself is a shit choice, it is shown to be slightly anabolic/anticatabolic in anamals but not in humans.

Good for cutting but you need somthing else to stop muscle wasting.

What difference does it make? Does being a competitive bodybuilder at 21 mean that you're immune to longterm problems with your endocrine system and that you shouldn't make the most of your natural abilities. Damn, maybe I've wasted the last 13 years training naturally when I could have jumped on the sauce 10 years ago, hopped on stage and everything would be sweet as. Then I'd be like all those competitive bodybuilders I used to see on stage 10 years ago. Now who were they again? They must have gone overseas and turned Pro cause I aint seen them for a while. Classic.

I don't want to take anything away from 2Gun's because it's his decision to do what he wants, he's not pretending he's natural and he seems to have a bit more nous than most other guys his age, however personally I'm along the same lines as NZMM. I'd probably be more inclined to wait even longer than 26. Most of the guys that I know used gear when they were 20 never got more than one or two shows under their belt and would be lucky to even be training now.

Im saying that to be competitive, and go forward in BBing you dont really have a choice IMO, to me if you dont have a goal to be a pro bber or power athlete then you should think twice about using in the 1st place.

Sure you may use a small amount in a wise mannor to improve your "beach body" or whatever, but is it worth it if your not planning to take it further??? That is a situation where you should wait till your in your late 20s

But I think in 2guns situation 21 is ok, and at the end of the day its his choice. Just my $0.02

Power athletes train technique and their central nervous system to a different degree than bodybuilders do. Point of bodybuilding is to induce hypertrophy which means the cns of bbers is going to adapt differently as is the hypertrophy in the different types of muscle fibers. BBers get bloody strong as well though.

Thanks for that. I'll add it to my small knowledge bank. The point was to demonstrate that to get very strong and progress to a great level some power athletes don't need to use drugs. Ask Bigmac and Expensive urine. They will agree.

I'd like to see some bodybuilders rip 150kg off the floor and get underneath it in a split second. You gotta be bloody strong to do that. The guy I'm referring to easily squats (back and front) weights most bodybuilders eyes would pop out at. He also sports a physoque (minus the chest) that a lot of BBs would be very envious of.

Not getting into this arguement again though. I'm sure it's been done to death time and time again.

also nzmm and who ever else, trust me, there are heaps of guys my age and younger juiced to the gills... dont be so shocked

Argue over what lol, one guy trains for size, the other trains technique and the specific muscles used to execute the movement, course their gunna get strong in that lift. Just cause a bber can't do it dosn't mean anything hell get the bber to practice the movement as often and as specifically as the oly lifter and he could prolly do it. Not all bbers take roids either so it's a pretty mute point which also ties in with what 2guns said if the guy busts 150 out naturally it stands to reason he would be able to do more using drugs just as the natural bber has more ability to grow if he takes drugs.

As for rooting your endocrine system, hell that's all down to an individuals genetics and how wisely they use them. Some guys can take gear without antiestrogens and experience no estrogenic side affects others seem to get gyno coming on from smelling the stuff. It's all down to the person.

Mainly that what seems like a good idea at 20 often upon reflection at 30 doesn't seem quite so wise. Priorities change, life moves on. While by no means should you live life in a protective bubble and avoid anything that might be remotely bad for you, moderation and "harm minimisation" should be an important consideration.
