Genetics Gym - Manukau, Auckland

Anyone in the South Auckland area looking for a really friendly BB orientated gym should consider Genetics. Plenty of equipment, although not state of the art (no Smith's machine). I've been there about 18 months now and the staff & members are really great.

I trained there a couple of times - some very knowledgeable & experienced people there too, always willing to lend a hand or dish out advice when you ask.

Yeah, Lance Stewart is great!! He's not bad as a figure trainer either!!

Genetics is a great gym, owned by Buck Stowers who has put together a great team to cover all aspects of gym training/health care. They are certainly building a big rep with their successful bodybuilding team as well as a powerlifting team. Definitely a gym worth having a look/play if you are passing by!

It also one of the gyms I train at when ever I am in the big SMOKE.
