Well yesterday done my back in went to pick the towel off the floor and bang was on the floor in a screaming heap, make things worse this is my first weekend off in months and my backs buggered been walking around like I've got a pineapple up my bum. Going back to the doctor Monday and get the rest of the week off to scared it mite go again dam it all has anyone had many back problems ???
