Why get drunk and have a hangover the next day with all the added calories. Just do what a lot do and take E’s not the one’s with BZP but the touching ones. The ones that have had them will know what I mean. :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Good on you, Bigboy. Your body probably thanks you for it. However, I think I can beat you on that score. Assuming we're not just talking getting slightly tipsy, I've only been drunk 2-3 times. In fact, I've generally lived a life so pure and clean it would put a nun to shame! Therefore I disagree with your conclusions re natural gyno.

We all have our cross to bear - I have chronic asthma, damaged knee and fucked hip, but pretty much have a clean life style.

Hopefully it pays off - just look at people as they approach 60 and see who falls a part and who doesn't. A lot of the life style chocies people make when they are younger eventually catch-up with them I suspect.

I gave up alcohol completely a couple of months ago and I feel amazing. Strength, and size is increasing at a much higher rate, bank balance is looking better, and I haven't had a wasted day lying in bed rather than training since. Recovery time required is much less, so I can smash out chest twice a week if i feel the need

BF % has dropped quite a bit as well.

Working as a Bouncer I see the very ugly end of it - Girls lying in thier own vommit and being abused physicaly and vebally, guys fighting over some girl they met an hour earlier etc etc...

If you drink and train, your a bloody idiot.

I am sure I will jump on the wagon at some point, but right now it all look pretty ugly from where I'm standing.

Dont worry buddy...you'll jump on sooner than you think. When I 1st started bbing i went completely sober...didnt touch drink at all - ive been bouncing for over 2 years now too and used to think drinking was ugly.
