Any one had any experience with this product? its a top seller on bodybuilding.com and punch supplements just got it in.

at 5 dollars per serve... and claiming "Muscle Milk helps grow muscle faster than gainers, whey or even creatine."

It sounds pretty good aye, but at that price, i find it a bit expensive, especially when your supposed to take it pre and post workout, it would cost me 40 dollars a week :|

also they have 11 g of fat and 4.5g of sat fat per serve, i find that all these muscle milks are really high on fat...... wonder y ?
