Well i decided to go with 30mg as there are 90 caps in a jar so a 30 day cycle worked well. I also wanted to include 4AD so the 3 on 2 off cycle wouldn't have worked.

I would go up to 30mg. And in my cycle week 2 was when i felt the most "on it" if you know what i mean.

Well i off to thrash shoulders n traps.

Hey ctb. I note your concern about sus flu. Although people have had this, it's still quite rare, and often comes from using too high a dosage. A moderate user like you would get away with using one ml a week to start. You definitely don't have to take it every day or every 2nd.

Sledge himself recommends 10 mg a day for the first week then it can be bumped up to 20 mg after tht if needed. 30-40 mg is to much your wasting your superdrol and asking for trouble with its effects on lipid levels not to mention lower back pumps etc. Dont read the recommendations in the bb.com webstore, either read the sticky on it in the supp forum or better yet go to anabolic minds and research there.

well i managed to do three weeks on SD (10mg...20mg...30mg..)

back pump can be RATHER unpleasant!

I stopped it about two days ago and went onto 2 caps of rebound XT a day. I'm not 100% sure but i think i may have been getting some side effects.. i.e i felt like i had PMT!! (very emotional) ok yeah im just a big girls blowse.. but i didnt like it at all! I had been on about 30mg for 4-5 days by then. Anyway I'll take Rebound XT for another 2-3 weeks and then perhaps give SD another go but i dont think I'll take anymore that 20mg a day.

as for results.

10-15kg improvement on Bench Press up to 145kg :)

5 kg weight gain weighing about 103kg :)

Unfortunately i dont think I'll ever beat my PB on legs as i have ITBS/ Lungers chondromylasia/Bi Lateral Patelar Femoral and not the best of biomenchanics in genreal on my knees.. but we wont go there...

havent done any measurements but I'd say my arms have had the biggest gains.

My experience is that SuperDrol definately works, 1 a day will do nothing 2 will do everything and 3 will overly stress your liver and worth the extra if any gains so i would stick with 2 max. Next, i would cycle only 3 weeks if using every day as it peaks at 2 weeks some people don't even get week 3 so they cycle 2 weeks on 4 weeks off. Off time must be at least a month to 6 weeks unless you have some rhgh. You can expect to look and feel physically different within 3 days even if you don't train for those days. What i found in the end was that i lost a lot of the gains as always but certain aspects stayed, things like a change in muscle shape, in my case the peak of my bicep changed and stayed changed. Some people will feel extra strength from the extra glycogen stored (this stuff makes you store a lot so you have to heavy carb up or else you will suffer bad lethargy) and this is also what gives you the mass and the extra leverage/strength. Does nothing for focus and aggression though. I would now and do from time to time, cycle it using only 2 on the days i train and about 1 or 2 hours before a session with a protein shake as per.
