ok trolle

hard= intensity 100% is the hardist one can train right.

Long= time.

Yes I know that... :roll:

you cant train hard and long without putting more stress on the body

I want to know what you consider too long if you're training hard, or too hard if your training long.

hi Mike,

this is only my Oponion ok.

i think if training at 100% intensity with weights for size the workout should be no longer than 30 ish mins and at lest one or two days off between workouts.depending on genetics,drugs ,diet eg... ,but i still think even a geared up genetic freck would get bettter results having 2 days off between workouts,

so his body is fully recovered and the adaption of growth has had time manafest.

volume training i think one can train up to 2 hours a day ,but only at what id call low intensity,60/80 % or he will over train,i still think at this lower level of intensity he will have to be very carful to set his program out so the over lap is not to taxing ,great way to get shape ,sepertion and pumped up,
