Tama Iti is one of the people that ruin it for other Maori. There are much better ways to get your point across than acting the way he does.

I wonder what would happen if I fired a shotgun into the Maori Flag?

If he did that in some other countries it would be considered treason & he would be executed. He is tolerated here.

your kiddin right ngapuhi ? i cant believe anyone would defend this prik iti , apart from the people on the news your the closest iv come to anyone that supports him and what he stands for , i have had plenty of discussion with people that i know, about these issues . maori / and non maori included not one of them supports tama iti . this issue has been milked and milked to the point they have there own dairy company (aka tainted whey.com good for fuckall), its pathetic ....its all maori bashing , the beat up from the maori party, talks of political conspiracy , celebrity's like mike king claiming its all just maori bashing ,iti is a plain out criminal as far as im concerned its a shame for maori that he exists really , what a great role model for the kids at Kohanga Reo schools across the country . i bet you my balls they are putting him on a pedestal for the kids , the expession "love to be a fly on the wall" comes to mind.

It doesn't matter that the people arrested during the raids represent the minority. (I don't mean racial minority but the minority of people who don't want to get along with others). The fact that they are outspoken, protesting left, right and centre, complaining about this and that, means they'll have plenty of media air time.

I'm a big fan of balance. The Maori do need to be recognised and I believe they are in the form of these payouts. But there are some that are spoiling it for the others. Much like some NZer's spoil it for the others.

i find it very ironic you call him a criminal for not having a gun licence yet your a criminal yourself bying and taking roids, last time i looked that was still a crime

when people make stupid comments like " he should be shot" or " hang him chop off his head and sell it to a museum" the only way to respond is at the same level, i wonder how you wood fell if i said these things about one of your relations

i dont think the issue is wat reasons tama iti is standing for, its his way of expression. its public............ people are watching it and most concering, the younger generation is watching it.......... wat do they learn from it........... that these acts gain attention............. and if we follow it..... we get attention........ .........the ancestors have worked hard to get where da country and its people are today...... u dont screw their methods over ...... u work with it and u better them..................

Steroids and guns are pretty different. Only thing I can think of that combines them is Duke Nukem and we all know that dude was on the juice and consequently liked stomping on some aliens shit and hitting up the tittybars.

Imo people need to stop taking each other so seriously, if someone said something extreme about a relative of mine, i'd think hmm what could the reason be and if it was anything like Tame iti i'd probably be thinking yea they brought it on themself. The whole thing is just a media circus thats the only reason for it happening like that and to get his message across he had to present himself as a cock. Else the media wouldn't have given him so much coverage. I don't think you need to sink to other peoples levels to sort things out just explain your view and if someone still disagrees with it then thats there choice and you have no control over it. This wont always work I know that but over the internet their is no threat of being punched in the face so fullboar retaliation isnt necessary.

I do agree personally that what you take is your business (despite it being illegal), however Iti could also equally argue what he does on his property is his business,and yet you're advocating death for him.

Does he have a job? Maybe he has plenty of time to do community work, 2 guns has 2 jobs.

He is a property investor with a portfolio that would impress many a person, although I will say that some of the pro-independence crowd are unemployed and most likely using the pro-independence thing as an excuse not to do anything with their lives.
