After trying different types of methods I found this one really good.

I like to do squat in my program it’s a basic movement and makes you stronger. But first I do leg extensions...2 warm up set and then blasting away 3-4 set to make my thighs feel like rocks. :D

And then do squat....My thighs is more ready for attack since they are rock hard. I can also do superset with squatting and then go for leg extensions.
