ill keep a look out for musashi bulk

i]1lt milk

3 tblsp peanut butter ( natural if you can afford it )

1 banana

1 cup oats

tub cottage cheese

Honey or chocolate powder to flavour

Protein powder if you can afford

deffenitly gonna try this cheers :P

get some oats and put them through a coffee grinder - they come out really fine and easily drinkable.

i put about a cup of fine ground oats into a drink bottle with protein powder and juice/milk/water etc. give it a shake before you drink and works sweet.

if you try this and get the oats sinking to the bottom then theres too much juice/milk/water or whatever liquid you put in. just experiment, try less liquid, it works well

Yeah Ive been doing this a lot lately, seems like the cheapest quickest and easiest way.

but yesturday bought some Musashi bulk as suggested above, see how that goes mixed in with the oat shake.

and next week gonna get some more flaxseed oil, that stuff seems to be working da bomb.
