how much muscle can you put on in given time? (naturally)

hi guys am curious to no how much muscle you put on wen you do your bulking fase? with out roids that is haha

i just finished bulking up for the last two months

was 72kg 8% bf wen started

yesterday 77kg 9%bf

i'm really stoked with that i thought alot more of the extra kgs wood be fat but no all but

I think someone here mentioned that if you're pretty lean to begin with, partitioning is alot better. I don't think there's a definite hard and fast amount of muscle you could gain 'cos its dependant on so many different variables... but what you're doing seems to be working really well, so I'd stick with it.

ive not heard this term partitioning before what do you mean by this?

From my extremely uneducated view of it lol, its the way your body chooses to utilize extra calories. Does it get stored as fat or utilized for muscle growth? I think genetics plays a big role in how your cals are partitioned too.

It seems to be that the fatter you are, the more fat you gain while bulking and the less muscle you lose dieting. The leaner you are, the less fat you gain while bulking and the more muscle - you're at risk - to lose while dieting.. if that makes sense.

you definatly dont need gear if your gaining 5kg on a natural bulker in 8 weeks and keeping lean, good work bro!

5'7 is short but that means you need less mass to look big as its all condensed into your small frame so think about that!
