Mother of 3 from Sth Auckland..

I'm not a body builder or anything like that although, i'v always been interested tho...(body sculpting) is the right term for females!!!

Ive just joined a gym, and I'm just really keen to shape my body lol anyway, I've been reading a bit of the post's, all so interesting, I really feel i'm in the perfect place to begin my new journey..

yeah i just say i weight lift haha....people treat ya weird the moment ya say 'im into bodybuilding'

they instantly think drugs , spandex , lil undies and poser/love yaself oh and eating disorders......hmmm pretty much sounds bang on then! lol :pfft:

Nothing wrong at all,

I'm just not to sure if females use the term body sculpting more rather then body building! But it doesnt really matter cause it's the same thing, Isnt it :roll: Sorry, lol its just that when I say I'm very new, I mean I'm very new... At the moment Body building to me is like steping into another world.... I hope I'm making sense..

I honestly use to think the same thing, hardowt... and now look I'm trying to educate myself, on the subject.
