Whey Protein

Well I am starting a diet as of tomorrow and i have been given some really good advice on what to use, One is to use whey protein but I am unsure of which one to use they sell EAS brand in my local supermarket is that fine or is there a better one??

Buying in bulk (10lbs+) will save you money also.

But the EAS one will still be fine to use as i was wanting to start using it tomorrow, I don't mind paying a little more just this time

i use eas 100% whey its only $90 from health 2000 for a 5lb tub , it does the trick for me also i use egg white powder from eggcel.co.nz its $55 for a kilo

thing i like about the egg white powder is the bioavailabilty of it 100%.

Did you buy the eas soy stuff , That tates like shit no matter how long you hang in there with it .

No i was carful not to buy that soy stuff as i was told that, No this is 100% whey protien chocolate flavour. It could be that i'm mixing it with water i prob should try trim milk

i wouldnt but the eas whey stuff from supermarkets as they get the lower grade stuff. i used to work for eas,so trust me,i know.you'd be better off buying from a proper shop like nzmuscle or punchsupplements.co.nz. you notice that the ones you get from a proper shop will mix better in water

Thanks for the advise i noticed that health2000 sell eas whey protien but in a different package would that be a better one??

this isn't a bad price especially in that it's an isolate, the chocolate flavour's good too

But don't buy the green-apple flavoured Dymatize - it sux. Vanilla, banana and chocolate are good, and it's a good price from E-body.co.nz The only place I've seen it locally is $10 more for a 5lb tub.
