NFS Ultra Definition?

Hi was thinking about using this pre comp, am interested if anyone else has used it and if so if it is any good, + what sort of result you got.

Good idea, Ed. I've used it once before and will be using it next week before the NZFBB Nationals. It seemed to help me lose water last time, so I figure why not give it another go this year.

The recommended max duration for use is 5 days, which is ideal for a Mon-Fri use next week. Using the recommended dose (6 caps per day - 3 doses of 2 caps each) I plan to have 4 litres of water on the Mon & Tue, 3 litres on Wed, 2 litres on Thu and probably 1 litre on Friday. Usually I drink 4 litres per day up to and including the Friday before a show, so hopefully the combination of dropping the water and the Ultra Definition will do the trick!

mastertel, did u still look full after taking for 5 days? or go abit flatter?
