Has anybody tried this product out yet? Why would you have to be 18 and over to take it?

"Take four capsules about 30 minutes before going to sleep. You may get some rather lurid dreams on this stuff! The combination of these three ingredients is actually a sort of mild physcho-stimulant.

I found that I got the absolute best nights sleep on when taking ZMA, so its well worth it for just this reason. Almost everyone (especially athletes and bodybuilders) are deficient in magnesium and zinc, so this is a no-brainer supplements for those who are strength training or body building.

It has also been proven to raise testosterone (but not in a freaky sort of way) to their normal levels, so you may also notice a general improvement in your well being, mood and increased energy levels.

Did you know that low levels of magnesium can affect your balance and co-ordination as well? That reminds me of how I feel after a big night out the next day... pretty shaky on my feet. This I would suggest, is a good supplement to take after you get home from a big night out too... B6 and Magnesium are two well proven anti-hangover supplements.

Zinc of course is involved in many areas of the body, perhaps most well known are the male reproductive system. This is why Oysters are well known as an aphrodisiac, they are very high in Zinc. While Im not going to make any wild claims about this products effectiveness in making you feel 18 again, it certainly helps to supplement with Zinc for 'performance' reasons alone.

Of course your daily multi-vitamin will contain some Zinc and Magnesium, but not at these higher levels, and not combined in one potentiating formula. In fact, its best to take this product on an empty stomach and not with other supplements if possible.

This is a supplement that I use daily and highly recommend."

Physco Stimulant? what-how?

I read a study last night to say ZMA has no effect on test levels unless you are deficcient in Zinc....still makes me sleep well and gives me some ridiculous dreams.

haha sweet! dreams are awesome, so you recommend it then?

I buy my ZMA as separate supps - saves $$ in the long run.

Great for decent sleep.

I have it before bed with Tribulus & my dreams are awesome...

:pfft:

Cammo, have you tried zma+tribulus+6 oxo (ergopharm)??

Aparently ir works really well, as 6oxo is a strogen inhibitor.

Where do you get your separate zma from? I was thinking doing that but have no idea how to get them separately

Musashi ZMA is not ZMA - as it says it is "based" on the patented ZMA formula which has been shown in studies (admittadly done by the guys that created it) to increase T levels -

http://www.snac.com/research.htm

http://www.snac.com/res_zma_2.htm

Per 4 cap serve it has just over half the amount of Zinc it should have in it (20mg vs 30mg) and the B6 is also wrong and for some reason they've added manganese. In theory they can't make claims to it enhancing T levels as they research was done using a specific amount of each ingredient.

You're only going to get 15 days out of the Mushashi one and and you could get real ZMA for the same price per serve as what you'll pay for that.

i bought some musashi zma last week. i did notice that the amount of zinc was lower, although i am getting the extra 10mg from berocca at the moment.

$42 for 30 days worth. i can't say that i've noticed too much difference in sleep yet - no lurid dreams that i can recall!! although, once i'm asleep i stay asleep until morning.

i researched buying seperately per cammo's suggestion, but i couldn't match the price i paid at punch supps.

next time i'm gonna go the seperate route anyway to see if i notice any difference.

I havnt experienced lurid dreams which i suppose is a good thing, but my sleep patterns have gotten better, im less tired in the mornings and sometimes i beat the alarm clock to wake up. has anyone experienced major sleeping changes?
