I think generally BBers these days are pretty on to it. You have to be clued up if you want to improve your build. Knowledge actually plays an important role.

Yes, although one of them appeared to be Bob Chic, and he should be making enough money from his BB.com contract not to have to demean himself like that. Then again, I suppose the ethos of this age is that if someone hands you money for it then it must be good.

Dont watch that programe, but it sounds typical of the big must be stupid idea so many people have of athletes in general. I havent noticed as I get bigger I get more stupid, maybe I'm not big enough yet.
