Tan to use

Hi just checking what Dream Tan to use for a guy?

Everyone seems to say something different.

Seems #2 is the go?

Someone said to mix #1 & #2

And roll on rather than slap?

thoughts anyone?

As a pale white boy, I used a couple of coats of ProTan to establish a good base colour, then finished off with a coat of DreamTan #2 on the day. That way, when the DreamTan scratches off in places (as it often does) you don't look glaringly white underneath.

That was the suggestion of Lynne from the Environment gym, and it certainly seemed to work.

I agree I am gong to set up a good base tan.

Just someone said the #2 can be too red on stage

I assue that is not a bad thing?

I assume the #1 would be a bit to yellow?

i'm pretty white and the day before my comp(NABBA south islands) i went and got a professional spray tan, just the darkest colour they had for my base coat, then used #2 on the day of the comp(slapped on)

Personaly I find a base coat of Contest Colour and then Dream Tan #2 works best, slap on the dream tan a good hour or so before your due on stage and then just go over it with a dry roller before you step out, you dont want it too wet when your on stage because it wipes off to easily
