Hi all,

Joined the forum a little while ago. although truth to tell i was a member in the trial period (i was the only one Pseudonym knew with a dial up connection) :)

Though i'd better post before Pseudonym removes my logon....again.....

Just started Gymming and so long as my attention is kept i am enjoying it

any tips on how to keep the urge to go going would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for your Welcome,

Im not really After a T-shirt (ok maybe i am, but they wont fit me)

Will have to see if results do it for me, but i am enjoying the feeling of more energy that has come from the regular exercise.

In the beginning, to help you get the commitment/intensity which creates the results, try getting a mental picture of "the new you". Find someone with a similar build (no point in modeling yourself on someone short if you're 6'2") with the physique you want, and imagine yourself looking like that.

Picture it good, because that's the image that's going to push you into doing that extra rep when you thought you'd reached failure. And THAT is what creates the results that will keep you going.

Not really training.... I was half arsed exercising, but wasnt getting any results (cause thats what happens when you dont put any effort into your work out) now Pseudonym is going over a new work out split with me at the moment.

as for a mullett....

my head gets atacked by lawn mowers so no chance of one :D

well i have been on a new diet routine for the last 3-4 weeks, and over the last 2 i havent been in the gym with a knee injury, i can say that the food is defently apart of it, as even though i havent been to the gym, i have noticed a bit of loss of size. so 1 can only imagine what my progress will be like when i resume full gymming activity in (hopefully) a few days.
