Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate

Any one taking Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate? Found in products like USN's Alpha-nitrox product. Any thoughts?

i have seen this stuff do amazing things for a friend of mine - much like creatine, he blew up and stayed pumped looking, when i took it i just had major major headaches and a flu feeling which basically incapacitated me and so i had trouble training. I gave it 4 days incase i just needed to adjust to it, when i stopped it i felt back to normal within 48 hrs.
