Tried the Red 8 Pancake Mix the other day, heres a breakdown.

Ingredients: Soy Protein, egg white powder, soy fibre, wholemeal flour, flavouring

Review: Possibly the nastiest thing I have ever eaten. Tastes like cardboard with a god-awful consistency. I couldn't even handle one, neither could any of my flatmates. Glad I only paid $5 for it because it went straight into the bin. My advise is steer well clear of them. I'm sure there are better recipes out there on the interwebs.
