Im on my second tub of this stuff and its pretty good.

Only bought it because punchsupplements.co.nz have a whole lot of it on sale for $40.00 for 1.5kg which is pretty darn cheap, only thing is the flavour is coconut and it dosent taste too bad.

Protein per serve : 23.3g

Carbs Per serve : 2.7g

Fat per serve : 1.7g

Servings per container : 50

Overall its good value for money and i plan to order another tub

i think it is because it is concentrate..... but even still all gud..... id take it in da mornings if i have to
