I'm new this forum. I was a member for 3 years on a similar site in England http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk and gained a lot of knowledge from the site, as i hope to on here.

Hey Robbo. Good to have you here. You say you were on a similar site in England - where are you based now? In NZ? (Not that it matters... you're welcome either way!)

Hey Mate. I'm based in Te Awamutu (south of Hamilton). Live a little bit out in the sticks. Always been a bit of a carrot cruncher rather than a city boy !

Love the site. Seems to be some knowledgeable guys and gals which is what i'm looking for.

Hi 2guns. Yeah even though te awamutu is just a tiny dot on the map of NZ, there are 3 gyms to pick from. The events centre i would probably avoid, no staff whatsoever, if you get a "hi" when you walk in then think yourself lucky (then again that might be cos i'm a whinging pom)

Bruce's fitness which i cant really comment on and zero limits where i'm currently training.
