Hi all, 

 

I recently twisted my ankle which resulted in a near immediate black bruise and a torn ligament in the ankle. 

 

As I know this will take a lot of time to repair, would hgh be an option.... Tho bloody hard to find... 

 

Currently avoiding squat rack as this does not feel comfortable as my ankle now has a tenancy to roll which would do more damage.
