Hi, I'm new here. I started going to the gym recently and because of quarantine I can’t continue my training, but I try to train at home, although it's difficult without special equipment. I recently moved to New Zealand and I have no friends here yet. I moved to my parents' house so as not to pay for renting an apartment in Melbourne. All my friends and ex colleagues stayed there.
