Dymatize Xpand

Got some of this a week ago and so far am very impressed with the results!!

Weights are up on all lifts, getting some big pumps, and starting to see a few more veins when working out.

I'm going to try it for a month so will give my feedback after that.

Had a great feeling yesterday - was doing seated dumbell curls and just blasted through the weight I've been stuck on for a while... felt really good! Same for Bench Press today which felt even better :P

OK, after reading the sticky here's some more info...

Product: Dymatize Xpand

Type: Nitrix Oxide Supplement / Creatine

Ingrediants: Creatine Ester fusion, Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate, Tri creatine malate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Betaine-Anhydrous, Taruine, Glutamine Fusion

Cost: Friggin Expensive! - it was about NZ$110 for a 775g container. I will only be using this product for a month and then switching to something much more affordable (just got a new job so this is my little treat to myself :D

Product Claims - Here's their blurb.. - Xpandâ„¢, The All New Nitric Oxide Reactor from Dymatize, features the latest technology fusing A-AKG and Tri-Creatine Malate with the most hardcore muscle volumizers available to give serious bodybuilders the massive pumps they are sweating for! Our exclusive muscle volumizing formula takes your workouts to a whole new level, producing the most unbelievable muscular and vascular pumps you have ever experienced! Xpandâ„¢ gives you the Ultimate Nitric Oxide Boost with a generous 3g of A-AKG per serving.

How does it compare it other products you've tried? This is the first NO product I've tried.

What results have I seen? I've been taking this for a week so far. For me the most noticable effect is increased strength and stamina in the gym. Weights are up on all exercises and I seem to have more energy, can push through the point where I was failing.

Definitely I'm getting much bigger pumps after working out. A lot more vascularity. I also seem to have more

focus and intensity.

Background I've been going to the gym on and off for a number of years but only recently really started consistently eating/training properly (mid Jan). Since then I've cut down from 100kg to 90kg at which point I started bulking and now I'm to 95kg. Other supplements I'm taking are Why Protein, Glutamine, Vitamins.

I will post another update before the end of the month....

I have to agree it works pretty well, been using it for 1 month now, just started the second tub. Been stacking with the usual suspects (L-glutamine, L-carnitine, L-arginine, ZMA & TT, plus a little extra creatine morning & post training)

Training wise, the effects have been pretty much the same as my two previous cycles of NO-Xplode, however, with the recommended 2 daily servings of Xpand, I'm found that I was still wide awake and pretty much bouncing off the ceiling at 2am in the morning!!!

So now I only use 1 scoop per training day + no caffiene on training days, but I still find myself mentally active well after midnight!!!

I figure after two full cycles on either of the two products I'll have a better idea which is worth paying out more cash on.

Have tried both Xpand & (BSN) NoXplode + Cellmass.

I love NO/creatine products and they definitely give great pumps - heaps better than just creatine - at least for me. I'm not rich but they are worth the price paid.

Xpand was good as you used it both pre and post workout, but I found it didn't mix as well (or taste as nice) as the BSN products - so have gone back to them. I just use NoXplode pre-workout as it is too expensive for me to have both that and Cellmass.

NoXplode gives me a better pump than Xpand. I drink it before leaving for the gym - and can feel the blood rushing through my veins pretty soon afterwards (LOL - even my face goes a bit red!). I monitor my weights and they are defintely better with an NO/ creatine product as well as my energy levels. You just mix a scoop in water with a spoon - and both Xpand and NoXplode are sugar free, which is great. That's my review for what it is worth.
